Logan is an R&B artist from Brooklyn, NY who loves the stage and has never been shy about displaying his talents despite being born with a disability (short right arm with two fingers). Since joining forces with Lowkey (a producer/rapper) to form MYFAM Productions, the two have released an impressive body of work including albums “LO-LO & MYFAM”, “Generals On the Mic” and “The Family Business” as well as Logan’s solo album “Everybody Knows My Name”. Impatiently Waiting, from the Family Business album, is currently getting spins on WBLS 107.5 in NYC. The LO-LO & MYFAM album charted number 4 on the CMJ charts and it was distributed by Mia Mind Music. Songs from the “Generals on the Mic” album are currently on Pandora and songs from Logan’s solo album are getting spins on IHEART radio. Logan has opened up for Mr. Cheeks, Keith Murray, Hi-5 and recently Erykah Badu, Big Daddy Kane, Papoose, Remy Ma, Busta Rhymes, Capone N Noreaga, and many more legends at the legendary Apollo in New York City. Logan has also recorded with various other independent artists such as Rock (Heltah Skeltah), Goodz and Lil Fats.
In addition to being a recording artist and performer, Logan works in the community with the mentally disabled, the developmentally disabled and homeless veterans. Logan inspires the disabled and the under-served community by showing them that living a full, prosperous life is possible despite physical challenges. Logan enjoys lending his talents to organizations and for good causes and has performed at concerts for Breast Cancer Awareness, Domestic Violence Awareness, HIV awareness and Lupus awareness. Logan has also performed at fundraisers for victims of Hurricane Katrina, and Hurricane Sandy in addition to performing at the Disability Awards organized by the former New York City Comptroller Bill Thompson, an awards ceremony at Lehman College for the developmentally disabled community.
Logan has received numerous awards for his R&B talents, including artist of the year at the Elegant Hoodness Awards, Male R&B artist of the year at the All Star Music Awards and a nomination for Best Male R&B/Pop artist for the Underground Music Awards.
Logan has created a strong media buzz with his collection of beautiful videos. The first video Love Connection landed on several blogs, and his second video Blow Your Mind featuring the Delfonics, cosigned by legendary DJs Ralph McDaniels (Uncle Ralph) and DJ Hollywood was played on several television shows including Video Music Box. The most recent video, Follow Me, continues to receive support from Uncle Ralph on Video Music Box. Logan is undeterred by record labels looking the other way because of his disability. With his most recent single, Impatiently Waiting, getting airplay in NYC, Logan is ready to take the music industry by storm.
